1. Open the AVS Details for Saved Card report.

  2. Select the desired values from the report filters and click Refresh.

  3. Select the checkbox of the guests for whom the Address Availability column is No.

  4. Click Email Guests.

  5. Check the Email Preview and click Send Now.
    The content of the email is based on the Request Address for Saved Card email/text template.

    The guests will receive an email asking them to update their address details. When they click the [AVSlink], they are redirected to Webstore User Profile Summary, where they must update their address details.
