The Request Address for Saved Card email/text template allows your business to collect addresses from the guests whose cards are saved in Zenoti.
This template contains a link to the Webstore, where the guests can update their address details.
Prerequisite: To use this feature, your organization must enable the Zenoti Webstore.
At the organization level, click the Admin icon.
Navigate to Organizations > Organization > Email/Texts.
Locate Request Address for Saved Card and click Edit.
Configure the following:
Switch on the email setting.
Switch on the text setting.
Select the appropriate language.
In the Email section, enter the following details:
Subject: Enter the subject for the email.
For example, Request your address details.Plain Text: Enter the body of the email using the available macros. (Refer to the Available Macros section for further details).
HTML: Preview the body of the email in HTML. You can also format the content of the email accordingly. After you configure the template, you can click Send Test Mail to preview the output of the content.
In the Text Message section, enter the following details:
Text Message: Enter the body of the text message using the available macros. (Refer to lower section of the article for available macros).Note: Texts with more than 160 characters will require two or more SMS credits. After configuring the text message, you click Send Test Message to preview the output.
Click Save.
Available Macros
[AVSLink]: This link redirects the guests to the Webstore. Here the guests enter their address details.
[Last4CardDigit]: The last four digits of the guest’s card that requires an address update.
[CenterAddress]: The street address of the center.
[CenterState]: The state of the guest's base center.
[LastName]: The last name of the guest.
[CenterZip]: The zip code of the center.
[FirstName]: The first name of the guest.
[Name]: The guest's name, this is mostly the first name followed by last name.
[OrgName]: The name of the organization.
[UserName]: The username of the guest, corresponding to the Username field in the guest profile.
[CenterCity]: The city of the guest's base center.
[CenterCountry]: The country of the guest's base center.
[CenterPhone]: The phone number of the guest’s base center.
[CenterPhone2]: The alternative phone number of the guest’s base center.
[CenterAddlData1]: The additional data of the center.
[DownloadLink]: Redirects to the Customer Mobile Application (CMA) allowing the guest to download the CMA application.
For example - Depending on the guest's device, the link redirects to the App Store (iOS) or Playstore (Android) to download the Customer Mobile Application.[CenterE-mail]: The email address of the guest’s base center.
[MailUnscubscribeLink]: The link to unsubscribe from email notifications.
