You can view the following reports on Zenoti Mobile:
The sales report provides the count and amount earned for each of the items sold. The sales include services, products, memberships, packages, and gift cards.
The Tips report provides the monetary value of the tip and Support Staff Gratuity (SSG) amount you have earned by selling an item.
The employee commissions report gives you a quick snapshot of the commissions you earn for providing services or selling any items such as products, memberships, packages, gift cards, or prepaid cards.
The performance report gives a snapshot of your attendance, guest satisfaction level, guest retention, punctuality and membership conversion.
The Summary tab shows guest metrics and appointments by categories. You can track your service and sale performance measured by the number of guests attended, sales made, and appointments handled for the selected period of time.
