The Campaigns report helps business owners analyze how their campaigns perform during a time range. Using this report, you can track the revenue generated from campaigns, guests who availed discounts, and the items on which discounts were applied.
Click the Reports icon.
Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns.
The Campaigns report opens in a new tab.
Depending on your requirement, select the desired filters.
Note: You can view the report only for those centers to which you have access.
Note: In the campaigns report, you can group data by columns such as Sale Center, Campaign Name, Campaign Code, Guest Name, Item Name, and Item Type.
Visual indicators next to the column names help you identify whether you can group the report by that column.
View report for the selected center.
Select the day or date range for which you wish to view campaign data.
View report based on campaign names.
Option to Group By
The center in which the item was sold
The name of the campaign applied
The unique identifier of the campaign
The date when the item was sold
The invoice number on which the campaign was applied
The unique identifier of the guest who purchased the item
The name of the guest who purchased the item
The unique identifier of the item on which the campaign was applied
The name of the item on which the campaign was applied
The item type on which the campaign was applied
The name of the employee who applied the campaign
The discount value provided by the campaign
Discount (Inc. Tax)
The amount of discount (including tax) provided by the campaign
The total amount payable for the invoice
Sales (Exc. Tax)
The final price of the item after deducting the discount
The current status of the invoice
Sales (Inc. Tax)
The final price of the item (including tax) after deducting the discount
