S1F2 is an Android based payment terminal that accepts full EMV (chip) and contactless payments. It’s a plug and play device that comes with a receipt printer in-built for easy invoice generation.
To add S1F2 as a terminal in Zenoti
If you are adding the terminal at the center level, click the Admin icon and navigate to Payments > Settings.
Note: If you have configured payments at the organization level, click the Admin icon and navigate to Payments > Settings.
For Zenoti Payments, click the drop-down arrow to reveal more options.
In the Terminals section, enter the following details:
Device Model: From the drop-down list, select Castles S1F2.
Terminal Name: Enter the name of the terminal.
Note: Ensure you name the terminal properly as it will help you identify the correct terminal in case you have multiple S1F2s.
Serial Number: Enter the serial number of the terminal. You can find the serial number of the device on the terminal box, as well as on the back of the device.
You have successfully added S1F2 as a terminal in Zenoti.
Connect S1F2 to your Wi-Fi network
Switch ON the device by holding the power button (on the right side of the device) for five seconds.
The device switches ON and prompts you to select your language.
Select the desired language and tap the blue arrow (tick mark).
The Setup Wi-Fi screen appears.
Tap + to add a new Wi-Fi network.
The Wi-Fi settings appear.
Tap the toggle to switch ON the Wi-Fi.
The Wi-Fi switches ON and searches for available networks.
From the list of available networks, select your network and enter your network password.
Tap Connect, or, at the bottom of the screen, tap the right arrow.
Your store details appear.
Confirm your store details.
If your store details do not appear, repeat the process from step 1. Restart your device by holding the power button for 5 seconds.
After you confirm your store details, the device will perform a software update. You will see the cloud icon appear on the top of the screen on the device. This indicates that you are ready to perform the transactions.
