You may not be able to apply membership benefits to an invoice due to various scenarios and settings related to sale price, membership statuses, membership settings, and service expiry.

Note: Membership benefits include service credits, discounts, credit amount, credit conversion, and special member pricing.

  • Enable Redemptions on Open memberships setting is disabled. 

  • The invoice is open, with no amount added to the invoice.

  • Enable Redemptions on Open memberships setting is disabled.

Membership status

  • Membership status is inactive. 

  • Membership status is frozen. 

  • Membership status is closed. 

  • Membership status is suspended and the Allow redemption from suspended memberships setting is disabled. 

  • Membership status is cancelled/expired and the grace period end date is in the past.
