Depending on the functioning of your front-desk staff, you can choose which employee can access, view and book appointments using the Appointment Book on the web and Zenoti Mobile application.

To provide or remove access to Appointment Book

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Organization > Security Roles.

  3. Select a security role for which you want to provide or remove access to Appointment Book.

  4. In the General tab, navigate to the field Allow access to Appointment Book on.

  5. Select Desktop or Zenoti Mobile or select both of them if you want the role to have access to Appointment Book on both web and the tablets. Similarly, uncheck either of the options or both to remove access to Appointment Book for the role.

  6. Click Save.
