Businesses with queue-based bookings can access and utilize all the supported features for Queue on Zenoti Mobile V2.

To access Queue for Zenoti Mobile

  1. Enable Queue at the organization level

  2. Enable Queue at the center level

  3. Configure Appointment Book access

    Note: Security roles which have appointment book access on Zenoti Mobile will only be able to view Queue on the tablets. If roles don't have permission to access Appointment Book on Zenoti Mobile, they will only be able to view their appointments for the day and no queue access will be available for them, as is the case on the web.
