Products you add in a Zenoti Purchase Order are added to your Aveda cart with just one click. To enable Aveda integration, follow these instructions:

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Organization > Organizations.

  3. Go to the Integrations (tab)

  4. Expand the Inventory section.

  5. For Provider, select Aveda as your vendor.
    Note: If you do not see the Inventory tab, contact Zenoti Support.

  6. Click Continue.

  7. After you select the provider, in Integrations > Inventory > Configuration, select the following checkboxes:

    • Enable Aveda Empowered ordering integration of purchase orders

    • Enable Excel export of Purchase Orders in Aveda format

  8. Click Save.

  9. In Integrations > Inventory > Center Mapping, select your Aveda vendor from the Select Aveda Vendor list.

  10. Enter your SAP/SALON ID in the box and click Verify.
    Note: You can find the SAP/SALON ID on the Aveda portal. After you login, the ID is displayed on the salon widget in the My Salons section. The same ID is also displayed on the top pane after you click the salon widget.

  11. Click Save.
