Your Front-desk staff can change the expiration of a package from the Packages tab of guest profile.
From the appointment book, search for the guest and click Profile.
Navigate to the Packages tab.
On this tab, click the Expiration date hyperlink related to the package for which you want to change the expiration date.
The Package Expiry Change window opens.
Select Never Expires if you do not want to set a definite expiry date. Else, choose the Expiry Date, add Comments and click Save to update the expiration date.
