A domain name can be a combination of letters, numbers, and hyphens. It can be up to a maximum of 63 characters. For example, one-two-three.com

Note: Domain names cannot start or end with a hyphen and they cannot have consecutive hyphens.

To add a new domain

  1. At the organizational level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Organization > Organizations.

  3. Click the Customize outgoing email addresses link.

  4. In the Domain you send From box, enter the name of the domain and the domain extension such as .com, .net, .org, or .info

5. (Optional) To configure advanced settings, expand the Advanced Settings section.

Your IT admin or webmaster can help you set up these settings:

  • Use automated security

    Select this checkbox to allow Zenoti to handle DKIM signing and SPF authentication of outgoing emails with CNAME records.

  • Use Custom return path

    Select this checkbox to allow Zenoti to use a custom return path for bounced emails.

  • Use custom DKIM selector

    Select this checkbox to use a custom DKIM selector to authenticate a domain multiple times by adding the custom selector as a custom subdomain to the main domain.

6. Click Next.
You've successfully created a domain. The next step is to validate the domain.

To add more domains, click Add and follow steps 4 to 6.

To delete a domain

  1. At the organizational level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Organization > Organizations.

  3. Click the Customize outgoing email addresses link.

4. Click Manage Domains.

5. Click the delete icon.
The domain is deleted.
