Note: If you cannot see this report, contact your Administrator/Manager to configure the necessary permissions.

The Memberships Waived Collection report gives you details of all membership waivers. This is available both at the center level and organization level.

This article contains the following sections:

Navigation

  1. In Zenoti, from the main menu, click the Reports icon.

  2. Click Try the New Version.

3. Search for and open the report.
The Memberships Waived Collection report opens on a new tab.

4. Depending on your requirement, select the desired filters.
Note: You can view the report only for those centers to which you have access.

5. Click Refresh.
The report is generated based on the selected filters.

Enables you to view the report for all membership benefit types that were waived, or for only the selected types.

Centers

Enables you to view the report for all centers or for only the selected centers.

Enables you to search and view the report for a specific membership.

Sale Center Code

Code of the center in which the membership was sold.

Guest Name

Name of the guest who purchased the membership.

Membership Name

Name of the membership that was sold.

Membership Status

Current status of the membership:

  • Not Started

  • Failed

  • Suspended

  • Frozen

  • Closed

  • Cancelled

  • Expired

Recurrence Status

Current recurrence status of the membership:

  • Active

  • Inactive

  • Not Started

  • Failed

  • Suspended

  • Frozen

  • Closed

  • Cancelled

  • Expired

Start Date

Start date of the membership.

End Date

End date of the membership.

Invoice Num.

Number of the invoice related to the membership sale.

Amount Waived

The waived amount.

Waived Date

Date on which the charge was waived.

Service Credits Awarded

Indicates whether service credits were awarded or not, after the waiver.
