Zenoti now offers multilingual support for all consumer-facing aspects

As your organization scales, there is an absolute need to offer multilingual customer support– to cut down language barriers, make customers feel at home, and become truly global.

Let's look at the key aspects you need to know to succeed in offering multilingual support.

Languages supported

With this release, Zenoti supports:

  • French-Canadian

  • Spanish-Latin American (more in the offing!)

What is localized

  • Webstore (v2)

  • CMA (v3)

  • Forms (v2)

  • Fitness and Classes (Webstore) and

  • Marketing and transactions-related communications

For the languages supported, Zenoti automatically translates text, labels, and other content that are non-customizable. You can also enter the translation for your business-related data in the supported languages.

You as an organization, you just need to select the list of languages you want to offer to your guests from the supported languages.

Guest experience

When your guests select their preferred language, their entire online booking experience is tailored to their preferred language.

Your guests will:

  • See all browsing content/text (such as services and forms) in their preferred language when they book appointments online.

  • Receive marketing and transactional messages in their preferred language.

Guests can also modify their preferred language from their profile.

Book appointments directly from Facebook and Instagram

Social media is an effective way to turn your page visitors into customers. When you link your business Facebook and Instagram accounts with Zenoti, a Book Now button appears on your social media pages.

Notes:

  • On Instagram, this is available only for professional accounts.

  • On Facebook, this is available only on pages.

Guests can use this option to make bookings directly from Facebook and Instagram. As an organization, you can track such bookings from your social media pages.

Certifications and Compliance

At Zenoti, we are committed to protecting and securing your data. Our product undergoes independent verification of security, privacy, and compliance controls. Here is a brief of our enhanced security-related certifications:

  • SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls) Type 1: Zenoti has completed this audit report. This is a regularly refreshed, third-party examination report that focuses on non-financial reporting controls. These controls relate to security, availability, and confidentiality of a cloud service.

  • HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act): HIPAA assessment is complete, and no exceptions were found. There are a total of 44 controls mapped to HIPAA requirements that were evaluated by a 3rd party audit firm and we were found to have no exceptions.
    HIPAA stipulates how personally identifiable information (PII) maintained by the healthcare and health insurance industries should be protected from fraud.
