The Online bookings icon in the Appointment Book enables front-desk staff to Confirm, Decline, or Modify the online booking requests.

To confirm, decline, or modify appointments

  1. Click the Online bookings icon.

    A dialog box with the following three tabs opens:

    • Requests

    • Bookings

    • Cancellations

Requests

The Requests tab contains the details of guests who requested service online. It shows the name and phone number of the guest, the time of the request, the service requested, and the time of the appointment.

The Guest notes display the selected therapist per service.

For example, the Guest Note Facial, Any means that the guest has requested for Facial with any available therapist.

You can do the following to the requests:

  • Modify request details

  • Confirm a request

  • Decline a request

  • Change service in the request

  • Change start time of the service

  • Change the therapist

To modify

  1. Click the drop-down in any of the columns and select the required value.

  2. Click Confirm.

  3. Enter a relevant comment, and then click Confirm.

    Note: If the request does not specify the therapist, you can only confirm the appointment after selecting a therapist.

To confirm

  1. Click Confirm.

  2. Enter a relevant comment, and then click Confirm.

To decline a request

  1. Click Decline

  2. Enter a relevant comment, and then click Confirm.

To change the appointment:

  1. Click Change.

  2. Enter a relevant comment, and then click Change.

    The Appointment Booking panel opens with the guest details populated.

  3. Modify the appointment as required, and then click Save.

Bookings

The Bookings tab lists the guest's name, service, date, start time, end time, specialist name, and the booking creation time.

On this tab, you can:

  • Modify the start time, therapist, room, and equipment

  • Modify the booking, including the services

  • Review the booking

To modify the start time, therapist, room, and equipment

1. Click the drop-down in any of the columns and select the required value.

2. Click Review.

To modify the booking, including the services

1. Click Modify.

The Appointment Booking panel opens with the guest details populated.

2. Modify the appointment as required, and then click Save.

To review the booking

  1. Click Review.

Cancellations

The Cancellations tab lists the guest's name, service, date, start time, end time, specialist name, booking cancellation time, and the reason. On this tab, you can:

  • Review the booking
