The Employee Engagement Index is a performance indicator and is the average of all indexes on this tab. This is evaluated against all metrics, with with your flagship store, for the selected time period.
Each of the following metrics have charts depicting the cumulative number, trend over time, and comparison across stores.
Metric | Definition |
Revenue per hour | Revenue (sales) per hour, that is, ratio of total revenue to the difference of scheduled working hours and the paid block out time. Example: On Valentine's day, your store's total revenue was $ 700. Sum of scheduled working hours for all the therapists was 85 hours. The paid block out time totaled to 10 hours and the unpaid block out time was 5 hours. The Revenue per hour would be $ 10. |
Staff Utilization | Percentage of staff utilization. Calculated as the ratio of sum of service hours and scheduled working hours. Example: On a specific day, the sum of scheduled working hours for all the therapists was 85 hours and the sum of service hours was 65 hours. The time for recovery was 5 hours. The paid block out time totaled to 10 hours and the unpaid block out time was 5 hours. The Staff Utilization percentage is 100%((65+5/85-10-5)*100). |
Therapist Guest Retention | Determines whether guests are returning for services by certain therapists. This is a ratio of the the number of guests with repeat visits serviced by the same therapist (more than 2 in the specified time) and the total number of guests. Example: In a period of 3 months, 500 guests visited your store for various services. Out of these, 244 guests had at least 2 repeat visits serviced by the same therapist. The Therapist Guest Retention percentage is 48.8 %. |
Therapist Product Sales | Ratio of bundled invoices with products and services to the total number of invoices serviced. Example: In a period of 30 days, a total of 150 invoices were serviced. Out of these, therapists were successful in selling products to guests 60 times. So, the Therapist Product Sales percentage is 40%. |
