In this article, you will learn how to access the Internal Benchmarks dashboard and select benchmarking criteria to view various data insights.
To access the Internal Benchmarks Dashboard
Click the Analytics icon.
The Analytics page opens.
Click the Internal Benchmarks Dashboard tab.
Important: This tab is visible only if your business has signed up for Benchmarks by Zenoti.
The Internal Benchmarks Dashboard opens in the Overview section, with the Benchmarking Parameters pane on the left.
Select the required criteria using the Benchmarking Parameters pane to view data insights in the following tabs:
Each tab has the following data insights:
Performance Index: Average of all the indexes, with a score range of 1-5. This is based on percentages and calculated based on the weightage (0- 30%, 31% - 75%, 76% - 100%, 100% - 125%, < 125%).
Standard set of 3 charts for various metrics:
- Cumulative number comparison
- Trend over time
- Comparison against the industry

Select the Benchmarking Criteria
To select required criteria, navigate to the Benchmarking Parameters pane on the left.
Select the following criteria from the drop-down lists.
Year for which you want to view the dashboard data.
Starting month of the duration for which you want to view dashboard data.
Last month of the duration for which you want to view dashboard data.
Zone in which your business operates.
Your store's name.
Business type, that is, Spa, Salon, or MedSpa.
Number of centers in your business.
Region in which your business operates.
Country in which your business operates.
Demographic region of the state in which your business operates.
