Example: On Valentine's day, your store's total revenue was $ 700. Sum of scheduled working hours for all the therapists was 85 hours. The paid block out time totaled to 10 hours and the unpaid block out time was 5 hours. The Revenue per hour would be $ 10.

Example: On a specific day, the sum of scheduled working hours for all the therapists was 85 hours and the sum of service hours was 65 hours. The time for recovery was 5 hours. The paid block out time totaled to 10 hours and the unpaid block out time was 5 hours. The Staff Utilization percentage is 100%((65+5/85-10-5)*100).

Example: In a period of 3 months, 500 guests visited your store for various services. Out of these, 244 guests had at least 2 repeat visits serviced by the same therapist. The Therapist Guest Retention percentage is 48.8 %.

Therapist Product Sales
