The Sales tab of the Benchmarking Dashboard provides insights into store level sales of services, products, packages, memberships, and gift cards. Also present are charts that throw light on spending done by existing and new guests.

The Sales Index is a performance indicator and is the average of all indexes on the Sales and Sales Details tabs. This is evaluated against all metrics, with other businesses in the cohort, for the selected time period. The index's trend over time is also displayed.

Each of the following metrics have charts depicting the cumulative number, trend over time, and comparison across stores.

Sales per store

Total sales per store comprising payments through monetary instruments (cash, credit card, check, custom payments) for the selected time period irrespective of invoice status. This is based on the payment date and includes refunds. Indicates all money collected in your store, irrespective of where the sale happened.

Service Sales per store

Total service sales per store comprising payments through monetary instruments (cash, credit card, check, custom payments) for the selected time period irrespective of invoice status. This is based on the payment date and includes refunds. Indicates all money collected in your store, irrespective of where the sale happened.

Product Sales per store

Total product sales per store comprising payments through monetary instruments (cash, credit card, check, custom payments) for the selected time period irrespective of invoice status. This is based on the payment date and includes refunds. Indicates all money collected in your store, irrespective of where the sale happened.

Package Sales per store

Total package sales per store comprising payments through monetary instruments (cash, credit card, check, custom payments) for the selected time period irrespective of invoice status. This is based on the payment date and includes refunds. Indicates all money collected in your store, irrespective of where the sale happened.

This is the ratio of the total package sales excluding tax, to the number of centers with package sales > $0 (condition is considered only for the cohort).

Membership Sales per store

Total membership sales comprising payments through monetary instruments (cash, credit card, check, custom payments) for the selected time period irrespective of invoice status. This is based on the payment date and includes refunds. Indicates all money collected in your store, irrespective of where the sale happened.

Gift Cards Sales per store

Total gift cards sales per store comprising payments through monetary instruments (cash, credit card, check, custom payments) for the selected time period irrespective of invoice status. This is based on the payment date and includes refunds. Indicates all money collected in your store, irrespective of where the sale happened.

New Guest Spend

Average spend by guests who are new to the store/center.

Existing Guest Spend

Average spend by existing guests, at the store/center level.
