When you access the Benchmarks Dashboard, it opens in the Overview tab by default.

Note: Each metric has a score range of 1-5 based on the percentage and the average score is calculated based on the weightage (0- 30%, 31% - 75%, 76% - 100%, 100% - 125%, > 125%).
This tab provides the following insights:
Data Insight | Description |
Business Performance Index | Indicates the overall business performance index when evaluated against all metrics, with other businesses in the cohort, for the selected time period. |
Breakdown | Indicates various indexes of your business and the industry. |
Rating over time | Trend of the Business Performance Index score over time, in the selected time period. |
Sales | Trend of your Sales index over time, in the selected time period. |
Guest Loyalty | Trend of your Guest Loyalty index over time, in the selected time period. |
Guest Engagement | Trend of your Guest Engagement index over time, in the selected time period. |
Digital Adoption | Trend of your Digital Adoption index over time, in the selected time period. |
Employee Engagement | Trend of your Employee Engagement index over time, in the selected time period. |
