The Royalties report shows a list of all the transactions that are under process and the transactions that are settled. Businesses can also view a break-up of the royalty amount collected and reinitiate failed transactions.

Navigation

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon. Navigate to Admin > Payments > Royalty.
    The Royalties Fees Processing page opens.

  2. Click Reports.

Lists all the statuses of the royalty transactions:

  • All: All transactions.

  • Processing: Transactions that are still in process.

  • Settled: Transactions that are settled or completed.

  • Reversed: Transactions that are reversed

  • Not Initiated: Transactions that are yet to be initiated.

Transaction Date

Lets you view the calendar and select a date range appropriately

Center Name

The name of the center from which you are collecting the royalty.

Status

The status of the transaction.

  • Processing: The transaction is currently under process.

  • Settled: The transaction is completed and is settled.

  • Reversed: The transaction is reversed.

  • Not Initiated: The transaction is not yet initiated.

  • Reversed: The transaction is reversed.

  • Not Initiated: The transaction is not yet initiated.

Transaction Period

The period when the transaction occurred.

Date

The date when the transaction occurred.

Calculated

The total amount of royalty.

Adjustment

The amount of manual adjustment made on the calculated royalty amount.

Net

The net value of the transaction.
Net = Calculated -/+ Adjusted
Note: If the adjustment field contains a negative value (discount), then Net = Calculated - Adjustment. If the adjustment field contains a positive value (additional charge), then Net = Calculated + Adjustment.

Notes

The notes that you add while adjusting the royalty amount.

Action

The action that you must take on pending and failed transactions.
Note: Action is available only for corporates, not for franchisees.
