After you configure your royalty account with bank details and add centers, you can start collecting royalty payments.
To process royalty payments
At the organization level, click the Admin icon and navigate to Payments > Royalties.
The Royalty Fees Processing page opens and displays all the centers that you added earlier during the setup.
Note: To access the settings, you must have either one of the following role permissions enabled:
- Configure Payment Settings
- Manage Payments Settings
Select all the franchisees from whom you want to collect the royalty payment.
Note: If you have set up a weekly royalty payment, then select the week for the month from the Date Range field.
Check the following details:
Calculated: This field shows the total amount that will be collected from the center or the royalty group. Click the calculated amount to view a break-up of the same.
Adjustment: If you want to provide a discount or charge an additional fees to any of the centers, enter the amount in this field for the corresponding center. For a discount, enter the values in negative (-).
Net: This field shows the total royalty amount that will be collected.
Net = Calculated +/- Adjustment
Notes: To add a note for the adjustment, click Add. Notes are mandatory in case of any adjustment made to the calculated amount.
Action: Select any one of the following:
Approve: Select this option if you want to approve the royalty fees (net) and send it for processing.
Waive: Select this option if you want to waive or cancel the collection of royalty fees for the corresponding center.
Note: You can also approve or waive royalty fees for centers in bulk. Select all the desired centers and click Waive or Approve in the banner that appears on the top of the screen.
The royalty collection is sent for processing and the fees are deposited into your bank account.
Note: Note that settlement of fees may take up to 5 business days.
