The Castles S1E (Saturn 1000 E) is an Android-based mobile device for processing payments on Zenoti. It comes with a large 5” color touchscreen display and supports contactless, swipe, and chip and PIN payment methods. It accepts payments from eWallets, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
To process payments using the Castles S1E, you must first add it as a terminal in Zenoti and then configure the Wi-Fi on the device.
Add Castles S1E (Saturn 1000 E) as a terminal in Zenoti
If you are adding the terminal at the center level, click the Admin icon and navigate to Payments > Settings.
Note: If you are adding the terminal at the organization level, click the Admin icon and navigate to Payments > Settings.
For Zenoti Payments, click the drop-down arrow to reveal more options.
For Terminal section, enter the following information:
Terminal Name: Enter the name of the device. For example, Castles S1.
Serial Number: Enter the serial number of the device. The serial number is visible on a label behind the device.
You have successfully added Castles S1E as a terminal.
Connect Castles S1E (Saturn 1000 E) to your Wi-Fi network
Switch ON the device by holding the power button (on the right side of the device) for five seconds.
The device switches ON and prompts you to select your language.
Select the desired language and tap the blue arrow (tick mark).
The Setup Wi-Fi screen appears.
Tap “+” to add a new Wi-Fi network.
The Wi-Fi settings appear.
Tap the toggle to switch ON the Wi-Fi.
The Wi-Fi switches ON and searches for available networks.
From the list of available networks, select your network and enter your network password.
Tap Connect, or, at the bottom of the screen, tap the right arrow.
Your store details appear.
Confirm your store details.
If your store details do not appear, repeat the process from step 1. Restart your device by holding the power button for 5 seconds.
After you confirm your store details, the device will perform a software update. You will see the cloud icon appear on the top of the screen on the device. This indicates that you are ready to perform the transactions.
Note: There may be instances when the device boots into Android OS instead of opening the Adyen application. In such cases, tap the Adyen application on the home screen (or in the app drawer), and continue to use the device.
