After you sign up and create a profile, MyZen allows you to:

Access Zenoti University

To access Zenoti University:

  1. Launch the MyZen app.
    The app will prompt you to enter the four-digit PIN or use biometrics (as per the preference chosen in the Security Settings).

  2. The home screen appears, and you will see a list of courses from Zenoti University.

  3. Tap the categories to view your assigned courses.

  4. Tap Go to Course to view the course videos.


    If you require help, you can navigate back to the home screen and tap the blue question mark icon and view the Help Center.


View Personal Details

To view your personal details:

  1. Launch the MyZen app.
    The app will prompt you to enter the four-digit PIN or use biometrics (as per the preference chosen in the Security Settings).
    The home screen appears.

  2. Tap Profile.

    The Profile screen opens.

  3. Tap Personal Details.
    The Personal Details screen opens and displays the following information:

    1. Name

    2. Phone number

    3. Email address

    4. Designation

      Note: In case of any discrepancy in the details, reach out to your employer.

View you employer details

To view your employer details:

  1. Launch the MyZen app.
    The app will prompt you to enter the four-digit PIN or use biometrics (as per the preference chosen in the Security Settings).
    The home screen appears.

  2. Tap Profile.


    The Profile screen opens.

  3. Tap My Employers.
    The My Employers screen opens and shows your employer’s name.
    Note: In case you have multiple employers, the app will show a list of all the employers.

View FAQs and contact support

To view the help center:

  1. Launch the MyZen app.
    The app will prompt you to enter the four-digit PIN or use biometrics (as per the preference chosen in the Security Settings).
    The home screen appears.

  2. Tap Profile.


    The Profile screen opens.

  3. Tap Help Center.


    The Help Center screen opens and allows you to make the following selections:


    1. FAQs: Tap FAQs to view a list of the frequently asked questions for using the MyZen app on the Zenoti Help Center.

    2. Customer Care: This option opens your email client (Gmail or Outlook), and auto-populates Zenoti's customer support email address in To field. Type in your message and send the mail. The Zenoti's support team will reach out to you in 15 minutes.
