Gift Cards Liability Report

Sales-Tax Report

Use this report to get an insight into the sales tax charged to the guest based on the sale date (accrual) over a period of time. This also includes the tax levied on the sale of liabilities at the current center.

Sales - Accrual Report

Use this report to view the sales made by the current center (on any particular day or over a time period) if your business follows accrual-based accounting.

Sales - Cash Report

Use this report to view the sales made by your center (on any particular day or over a time period) if your business follows cash-based accounting.

Digital Payments Report

Notification SMS Report

Use this report to view the details of all the SMS notifications that have been sent to the guests over a period of time. You can also know the text credits that were consumed for each notification.

Use this report to view the scheduled hours and actual check-ins for each employee.

Attendance Details Report

The Employee Attendance Details report helps you track the attendance details for an employee on a day-to-day basis such as the Expected Check In and Expected Check Out time vs the Actual hours. This report also tracks the Scheduled Hours in the selected time period.

Attendance Summary Report

The Attendance Summary report lets you track the actual working hours, service hours, and the unavailable hours of each employee in their base center as well as other deputed centers.

Employee Performance Metrics Report

Zenoti has a set of performance criteria or metrics such as attendance, punctuality, utilization, and guest satisfaction to measure employee performance. You can set goals or targets for these metrics and then measure your employees’ performance against these metrics on a regular basis.

Employee Sales by Item Type Report

The Employee Sales by Item Type report provides you details of the sales for each item type - services, products, memberships, packages, gift cards, and prepaid cards - made at the current center by employees during a specified time period. You can see the value of sales for each of these item types.

Employee Sales Metrics Report

The Employee Sales Metrics report helps you track all sales employees make in a selected time period, including the numbers, percentages, and revenues by each sale type.
