To trigger a campaign based on a target segment, you must have credits for the total number of guests in the target segment (targeted guests). However, when the campaign is delivered, the credits are deducted only for the eligible guests not for the targeted guests.

For example, if you have targeted 215 guests, but there are only 24 guests who are eligible for email, you need 215 credits (email) to trigger a campaign. When the campaign is delivered only 24 credits are used, not 215.
