Your business has the option to switch between the Regular and Walk-In point of sale modes depending on the type of sale and guest.

In this article, you will learn how to switch to the Regular point of sale when you have the Walk-In point of sale already open.

To switch to the regular point of sale

1. Open the Walk-In sale invoice.

2. Click the Regular Guest button.


The window switches back to the regular point of sale.

3. To search for the guest, enter the First name, Last name or Email address.

4. To capture the guest information, select the guest from the search results.

5. Continue to add items to the invoice.

6. Select the employee making the sale.

7. Apply any campaign or discount to the invoice.

8. Proceed to collect payment and tips from any of the given payment methods.

9. Close the invoice.
