The swap service in the point of sale lets you replace a service included in the invoice without having to go through the cumbersome process of deleting and adding a new service in its place. You can tap the button and replace one service with another from the given options. After switching the service, the service information will get updated automatically.

If your business already had swap services enabled in the point of sale on web, then the swap service option will appear automatically in the point of sale on Zenoti Mobile

.To swap services in point of sale on Zenoti Mobile

  1. Open an invoice.

  2. Go to the edit panel.

  3. Tap the service you want to replace.

    The section expands and shows the swap button.

  4. Tap the swap button.

    The Change Service dialog box opens. It shows the current service added to the invoice and has a drop-down list of services from which you can choose a service to swap with the current service.

  5. From the list of services, select a service to swap.

  6. Tap Save.

    The new service information is automatically updated on the invoice.

Points to Consider:

  • Swapping of services is allowed when therapist double booking is set to Allow and Warn.

  • You cannot swap services if:
    a) Redemptions/discounts are added
    b) Services have add-ons

  • For considerations on provider, commissions, start time, service duration, room, service price, and Sale by details, click View Table.
