To protect the privacy of guests, businesses have the option to hide specific treatment notes of guests from service providers. A note can be added as a private note in the guest profile and can be viewed by employees with the right permission while booking or modifying an appointment in the Appointment Book.
To view private notes in the appointment book
1. Open Appointment Book.
2. To open the context menu, right-click on an empty appointment block.
3. Select New Appointment.
The booking panel appears at the bottom of the screen.
4. To launch Notes, click the edit icon.
5. From the Note Type drop-down list, select Guest-Private.
This will filter the notes and only show the ones marked as private by the service provider.
