When a guest cancels an appointment, the business charges a cancellation or no show fee to compensate the service provider for the lost time.

To set no show fee for an appointment

  1. At the center level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Organization > Centers.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Expand the Appointment Book section.

  5. Locate Appointment No Show Fees setting.

  6. Select Override at center level.

  7. Select Apply no show fee.

  8. In the Charge field, enter the percentage amount and, from the drop-down list, select if you want to charge the fee of the list price or scale price.
    You can charge:

    1. of the list price as NoShow fee

    2. of the scaled price as NoShow fee

  9. If you don't want to charge the fee of the list or scale price, select Flat amount and enter the value in the field.
