The Memberships report retrieves detailed information on the memberships that were sold at the selected center. Use this report to track the details on the following types of memberships:

Paid in full (PIF) memberships

  • Start date and expiry date of the membership.

  • Value of liability issued, redeemed, or balance to be redeemed.

  • Status of the membership.

  • Benefits available in the membership.

  • Information on whether the membership has been set to auto-renew to a new membership post expiry.

Recurring memberships

  • Start date, recurrence date, and expiry date of the membership.

  • Recurrence and membership status.

  • Value of liability issued, redeemed, expired, or balance to be redeemed.

  • Benefits available in the membership.

  • Information on whether the membership has been set to auto-renew to a new membership post expiry.

This article contains the following sections:

Navigation

  1. In Zenoti, from the main menu, click the Reports tab.
    The Reports Dashboard page opens.

  2. Click Try the New Version.

3. Search for and open the report.
The Memberships report opens on a new tab.

4. Depending on your requirement, select the desired filters.
Note: You can view the report only for those centers to which you have access.

5. Click Refresh.
The report is generated based on the selected filters.

  • Sale Date: Date on which the membership was sold.

  • Balance As On Date: Date on which the membership balance is to be verified.
    The following fields are dependent on this option:

    • Membership Sale Date is before this date.

    • Redemption Value: Total worth of redemption until this date.

    • If the membership has expired, the Expired Value is displayed accordingly.

Sale Centers

  • All

  • List of centers

Enables you to view the report for all centers or for only the selected centers in which the membership was sold.

Enables you to select the day or date range on which the membership was sold.

Note: If you select Date Type as Balance on Date, you can select only a single date from the Dates list.

Filters the memberships data for all types of membership categories or for a selected type of of membership category.

Status Type

Filters the memberships data for all types of membership payment collection statuses or for a selected type of of membership payment collection status.

Depending on the selected Membership Type, the Status Type list is displayed.

If you select Membership Type as Non Recurring, the Status Type list is not displayed.

Enables you to filter all the memberships data according to the status of the membership.

Invoice No

Number of the invoice as part of which the membership was sold.

Sale Center

Center in which the membership was sold.

Center Code

Code of the center in which the membership was sold.

Membership Name

Name of the membership that was sold.

Membership Type

Type of the membership that was sold: Recurring, Non-Recurring, or Setup Fee.

Benefit Type

Benefit type of the membership: None, Service Benefit, Credit Value, or Both.

Guest Name

Name of the guest who purchased the membership.

Sale Date

Date on which the membership was sold.

Start Date

Start date of the membership.

Sales

Total amount of sales generated by using the membership.

Sales(Inc. Tax)

Total amount of sales (including tax) generated by using the membership.

Benefit

Benefits available as part of the membership.

Accrued Value

Value of the sold membership. This is calculated based on the final sale price of the membership.

  • Service Based: Sale price of the sold membership, the redemption will be apportioned to the sale price.

  • Credit Based: Value of issued credit.

  • Both: Sum of service benefits at sale price of each service and the issued credits.

  • IRR, MRR, and SCR settings do not have any impact on the calculation of Accrued Value.

  • Accrued Value does not depend on how much payment was collected from the guest.

Redeemed Value

Value of the redeemed membership. This value depends on the defined calculation.

  • IRR, MRR, and SCR settings do not have any impact on the calculation of Redeemed Value.

Refunded Value

Value of the refunded membership. This value depends on the defined calculation.

Cancelled Value

Value of the canceled membership. This value depends on the defined calculation.

Expired Value

Value of the expired membership or the value of the expired service benefits.

Unused Credit

Unused credit amount after the membership has been redeemed.

This column is only visible for those organizations that have a Hybrid membership model.

Balance Value

Remaining value of the membership after the redeemed, refunded, and expired values have been deducted from the Accrued Value amount.

Current status of the membership:

  • Active

  • Inactive

  • Not Started

  • Failed

  • Suspended

  • Frozen

  • Closed

  • Cancelled

  • Expired

Recurrence Status

Current recurrence status of the membership:

  • Active

  • Inactive

  • Not Started

  • Failed

  • Suspended

  • Frozen

  • Closed

  • Cancelled

  • Expired

Next Recurrence Date

Next scheduled payment collection date for a recurring membership.

Invoice Status

Current status of the invoice.

Memberships can only have Open invoices if redemptions on open invoices have been enabled.

Receipt No

Number of the receipt generated for the sold membership.

Sale Type

Sale type of the membership:

  • Sale: The membership is a new sale.

  • Recurring: The membership is part of a recurring collection.

Membership Code

Code of the sold membership.

Guest Code

Unique identifier code of the guest who purchased the membership.

Sold By

Name of the employee who sold the membership.

Note: If the membership was sold by multiple people, the names are displayed separated by commas.

Membership Category

Name of the category to which the membership belongs.

Freeze Date

Date on which membership was frozen for the last time or it is set to freeze on a future date.

Note: Freeze Date is displayed only if the Recurrence Status of the membership is Frozen.

Unfreeze Date

Date on which membership was unfrozen for the last time or it is set to be unfrozen on a future date.

Note: Unfreeze Date is displayed only if the Recurrence Status of the membership is Frozen, and its value is always with respect to the membership's Freeze Date.

Refund Amount

Sale amount that was refunded for the membership.

Converted Amount

Worth of service benefits converted for the membership.

This column is only visible for those organizations that have a Hybrid membership model.

Last Refunded Invoice #

Invoice number of the last refunded membership.

Recurrence Cycle #

Recurrence cycle number of the membership's recurring collected payment.

Membership Termination Date

Date on which the membership is set to be terminated or was terminated.

Recurrence Cancellation Date

Date on which the membership's recurrence is set to expire or was expired.

Redemption Post Expiry

Indicates whether the Redemption Post Expiry setting has been enabled.

Membership Renewal

Name of the membership that is set to be auto renewed.

Add On Members#

Number of add-on members defined in the membership.
