Zenoti has improved the performance of the Appointment Book. For example, you will notice that the performance of the calendar is better now. We've also brought in some minor changes to the Appointment Book, see the following table for details.

Left-click mouse functionality disabled on appointment book for desktop | You can no longer access the context menu via left-click. It has been disabled to be utilized for other features. Instead, you can use right-click to access all the menu options on appointment book. Before this change, we could access the context menu with both left and right-click. However, going forward, we will only support right-click mouse functionality. |
Simple touch functionality disabled on appointment book for touch screen devices | You can no longer access the context menu on touch screen devices using a simple press. Instead, you can use the long-press functionality to open all menu options. To use the long-press action to access menu options 2. The context menu opens. This change has been made to utilize the simple press for other features on touch screen devices; for example, a simple press can be used to access the tooltip for an appointment. |
You can print appointment details only in horizontal view | With a right-click menu, you will not be able to print in vertical view on the appointment book. You will have to switch to the horizontal view to print. When you click Print from the context menu in the vertical view, the following pop-up message appears: |
Right-click menu will not work on Mac if the secondary click is not configured | You must configure the secondary click for the trackpad on MacBook for the right-click functionality to work on appointment book.
