In this article, you will learn how to add students to the waitlist.
To add a student to the waitlist
1. In the Roster View, search for the student profile.
If the student already has a key tag, scan it to enroll the student in the class. Make sure you are on the Waitlisted page while scanning the key tag.
2. After you find the student, follow one of the ways to enroll the student in the class:
If it is a new student, select New Student to enroll the student in the class.
If it is an existing student, select the student profile and click Enroll.
3. Once an available spot opens up, the student will be automatically moved from the waitlist to the class using the first-in-first-out method.
Note: If you are on the Registered page and the class in full, a pop-up will alert you about the full strength of the class. The alert will provide an option to add the student to the waitlist. When the spot becomes available, the system will move the student from the waitlist to the registered list using the first-in-first-out method.
