In this article, you will learn how to sign in students before a class begins.

Students are signed in a class after their key tag is scanned. However, if there is no key tag, the front desk staff will have to sign in the students manually.

To sign in a student to a class

1. In the Roster View, search for the student profile.
The search result appears.

2. Click Sign In.
The system will update the student from Registered to Signed in. The status of the student will turn green.


Note: To mark a student as canceled or no show, follow these steps.

3. To undo a sign-in, select Signed In!.


A pop window appears.

4. Click Confirm.
