To disable an existing Zenoti Payments account and add a new account, take the following steps:

  1. At the level where your account is configured (Organization or Center), click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Payments > Settings.

  3. For Zenoti Payments, click the vertical ellipsis at the right-side end.

Disable Processor option appears.

4. Click Disable Processor.

The processor is now disabled and Setup button appears.

5. Click Setup.
The Sign In screen appears.

6. Enter your email address and click Sign In.
Note: This email address should not be associated with an existing Zenoti Payments account.

Zenoti will send a verification code to the email address.

7. Enter the verification code.
The agreement appears.

8. Read the agreement, scroll down and select "I accept the Zenoti Payment rates and agree to the terms and conditions" checkbox and also click Accept and Proceed.

9. Enter the following details:

You have successfully configured a new Zenoti Payments account.
