After completing a service, providers can either hand over the device to the guest to enter their feedback or the provider can enter feedback on behalf of the guest.

Zenoti Mobile has two modes that providers can use to collect feedback from guests:

Mirror Mode

Mirror mode allows you to set up a guest-facing payment mechanism that mirrors the desktop. Guests can review the invoice and leave feedback about their experience.

1. Ensure that mirror mode is enabled on Zenoti Mobile.

2. Hand the device to the guest and continue to collect the payment.

3. The guest can review the invoice, add tips, request a receipt, and provide feedback for their service.
The guest can rate the experience on a scale of five.

Guest Mode

Guest mode allows you to present the device to guests so they can review the invoice, add tips, and provide feedback for their experience.

1. Open an existing invoice or create a new invoice.

2. After adding items to the invoice from the list of services, products, packages and memberships, tap Continue.
The Add Discount section appears.

3. If required, apply any membership and package benefits, campaigns, or discounts to the invoice.

4. To navigate to the Take Payment section, tap Continue.

5. Select Credit/Debit.

6. Tap Guest Mode.

The Present to Guest screen opens.

7. Hand the device to the guest.

8. The guest can review the invoice, add tips, request a receipt, and provide feedback about their service.

The guests give a star rating out of five.

9. After the guest is done, they return the device to you, and you complete the payment process.

Context menu

1. In the calendar view of Appointment Book, tap on an appointment.

2. On the context menu, tap Feedback.

3. To capture guest feedback, select either Invoice feedback or Group bill feedback.

Appointment details

1. In the calendar view of Appointment Book, tap on an appointment.

2. On the context menu, tap Details.

3. On the appointment details screen, under the Other details section, locate and select Feedback.
