Mirror mode functionality to take payments from guests is activated once you set up mirror mode and enable Zenoti Mobile V2 on your device.

Uses of Mirror Mode

The guest can utilize the mirror mode option on Zenoti Mobile V2 in the following ways:

  • View the invoice

  • Review the contents of the bill

  • Select a tip amount

  • Enter a custom tip amount

  • Split tips per provider

  • Collect donations

  • Sign the invoice

  • Provide feedback

  • Pay by swiping, inserting, or tapping their credit card

  • Request an email, print, or no receipt

Mirror mode also supports configurations that allow you to display your brand logo to guests while they review their transaction details in real-time.
