In this article you will learn how to take payments using other payment methods in Zenoti Mobile V2:

  • Redeem loyalty points

  • Redeem gift cards or prepaid cards

  • Redeem membership

Redeem Loyalty Points

To take payment using loyalty points

1. Open an existing invoice or create a new invoice.

2. After adding items to the invoice from the list of services, products, packages, and memberships, tap Continue.
The Add Discount section appears.

3. If required, apply any membership and package benefits, campaigns, or discounts to the invoice.

4. To navigate to the Take Payment section, tap Continue.

5. Select Loyalty Points.

6. To redeem loyalty points from the points earned so far, enter the number of Points to use.

7. Tap Add Payment.
The loyalty points are redeemed, and the total amount is updated on the invoice.

8. To complete the payment, tap Close Invoice.
You can also select Close + Print to print the invoice or Close + Email to email the invoice to the guest.

Redeem Gift Card and Prepaid Cards

To take payment using gift cards and prepaid cards

1. Open an existing invoice or create a new invoice.

2. After adding items to the invoice from the list of services, products, packages, and memberships, tap Continue.
The Add Discount section appears.

3. If required, apply any membership and package benefits, campaigns, or discounts to the invoice.

4. To navigate to the Take Payment section, tap Continue.

5. Select Prepaid/Gift.

6. In the Amount to Pay field, enter the total invoice value.

7. In the Tip field, enter a custom tip amount or select from the options provided - 5%, 10%, or 15% of the total invoice value.

8. To split the total tip amount among the therapists, tap Split.

9. Enter the prepaid or gift Card Number.

10. Tap Add Payment.
The prepaid/gift card is redeemed, and the total amount is updated on the invoice.

11. To complete the payment, tap Close Invoice.
You can also select Close + Print to print the invoice or Close + Email to email the invoice to the guest.

Redeem Membership

To take payment using an active membership

1. Open an existing invoice or create a new invoice.

2. After adding items to the invoice from the list of services, products, packages, and memberships, tap Continue.
The Add Discount section appears.

3. If required, apply any membership and package benefits, campaigns, or discounts to the invoice.

4. To navigate to the Take Payment section, tap Continue.

5. Select Membership.

6. To redeem a membership, select an active membership from Applicable Memberships.

7. In the Amount to Pay field, enter the total invoice value.

8. Tap Add Payment.
The membership is redeemed, and the total amount is updated on the invoice.

9. To complete the payment, tap Close Invoice.
You can also select Close + Print to print the invoice or Close + Email to email the invoice to the guest.
