Disclaimer: As Zenoti Mobile app users, you can enable Point of Sale (POS) functionality for select or all centers of your organization. To enable POS on Zenoti Mobile App, contact support.

The users who already have Point of Sale (POS) functionality on Zenoti Mobile app can enable Zenoti Mobile V2 from center level settings:

  • Enable Point of Sale V2

  • Enable Zenoti Mobile V2 for all devices associated with this center

Enable Point of Sale V2

To enable point of sale V2 at center level

1. Ensure you are at the center level.

2. Go to Admin > Manage Center > Settings > General.

3. Locate and select Enable Point of Sale V2.
The new point of sale is enabled on the Zenoti Mobile app.

Enable Zenoti Mobile V2 for All Devices

To enable Zenoti Mobile V2 for all devices associated with a center in one go

1. Ensure you are at the center level.

2. Go to Admin > Manage Center > Settings > General.

3. Located and select Enable Zenoti Mobile V2 for all devices associated with this center.
The Zenoti Mobile V2 is enabled for all the devices associated with the center.

Note: This setting will be applicable only for existing users of POS functionality on Zenoti Mobile App. If you want to use POS on the app for the first time, contact support.

Once you have enabled the center level settings, you can turn on the Zenoti Mobile V2 toggle switch to make the new version operational on tablets associated with the center:

To enable Zenoti Mobile V2 on a device

1. Open Zenoti Mobile app on your device.

2. From the menu options, navigate to Settings.

3. Locate and turn on the toggle Zenoti Mobile V2.
The Zenoti Mobile V2 is now operational on the device. *

(*) Note: The setting to enable Zenoti Mobile V2 is currently available only on tablets and not on phones.
