In this article, you will learn how to apply discounted prices through membership and package benefits to an invoice on Zenoti Mobile V2.

Apply Membership Benefits

To apply a membership benefit on the invoice

1. Open an existing invoice or create a new invoice.

2. After adding items to the invoice from the list of services, products, packages, and memberships, tap Continue.
The Add Discount section appears.

3. From Membership Benefits, select an active membership you want to redeem.

The membership benefit is applied to the invoice.


Membership benefits that can be applied from this screen can either be in the form of discounts or service credits.

Note: In case a guest has service credits for a particular membership, it will be auto-applied to the invoice. You can remove the membership benefit from the edit mode in the correct ledger.

4. To complete the payment and close the invoice, tap Continue.

Note: If your organization allows redemption on partially paid memberships, you cannot combine other items in the invoice with the membership.

Apply Package Benefits

To apply a package benefit on the invoice

1. Open the invoice.

2. After adding a service included in the purchased package, tap Continue.
The Add Discount section appears.

3. From Package Benefits, select an active package you want to redeem.

The package benefit is applied to the invoice.

4. To complete the payment and close the invoice, tap Continue.
