In the article, you will learn how to add prepaid cards to the invoice in the new Point of Sale on Zenoti Mobile V2.

To add a prepaid card to an invoice

1. Open or create a new invoice.

2. Tap Prepaid Card.

3. Enter the card price, value, and card number.

4. From the Expiry options list, choose the expiry type of card.
Expire after days: Enter the validity period for the card in days. For example, if you enter 90 days, then the card will lapse after 90 days.
Expire on the date: From the calendar box, pick an expiry date for the gift card. Any balance in the gift card will automatically lapse after the selected date.

5. If the prepaid card can be redeemed only once, select One Time Use.

6. (Optional) To enter a note, tap Add Notes.
These notes will appear in the guest’s profile under Prepaid Cards.

7. Tap Add Prepaid Card.

The prepaid card is added to the invoice.

8. After you’ve added the items for sale to the invoice, you can proceed to the Add Discount page to apply active membership or package benefits, discounts, and campaigns.

9. To take payment and close the invoice, tap Continue.
