Additional Information

Center Name

This value is the liability balance at the start of the specified time period (from the Dates filter).

Accrued/Sold

The amount of liability that is generated from the sale of prepaid cards or by issuing a prepaid card from a refund value.

For example, if you sell a prepaid card for $400 with a value of $800, the Accrued/Sold value will be $800.

Redemptions

The amount of liability that is redeemed on the selected day or during the specified time period (from the Dates filter).

  • If Liability Type is Value:
The redeemed amount is the value of the prepaid card.

  • If Liability Type is Sale Price:
The redeemed amount is based on the sale price of the prepaid card.

Refunds

The amount of liability that is refunded on the selected day or during the specified time period (from the Dates filter).

  • If Liability Type is Value:
The refunded amount is the value of the prepaid card.

  • If Liability Type is Sale Price:
The refunded amount is based on the sale price of the prepaid card.

  • If Liability Type is Sale Price:
The expired amount is based on the sale price of the prepaid card.

Closing Balance

The balance amount of prepaid cards that is carried forward to the next accounting period.

This value is the liability balance at the end of the specified time period (from the Dates filter).

Suspense

If the prepaid card is for one-time-use, this column displays the unused balance on the prepaid card.

Note: Because a guest cannot redeem the unused balance on a prepaid card, the unused balance must be considered as a revenue to the business.

For example, a one-time-use prepaid card is sold for $400 and a guest purchases a product worth $300 by using the prepaid card, the remaining $100 is the Suspense amount.
