Use the Sales-Classes report to view the details of all classes that are conducted current center for a specific sale date (or date range).

To run the report

  1. On the main menu, click the Reports tab.

  2. In the left-hand side menu, click Finance > Sales (from the filter).

  3. From the list of reports, click Sales-Classes.

  4. Select the required filter criteria and click Refresh.

List of all employees

Lets you select the employee who sold the class.

Select All to view sales done by all employees in the current center.

Search

Class Name, Class Tag

Lets you search for a specific class by its name or a group of classes with the same tag.

Tip: Leave this field blank, if you want to view the sales of all the claases at the current center.

Column Descriptions

Invoice No.

Note: This label can be different based on your organization set up.

The number generated for the class or point of sale entry.

Note: Click the invoice number to view the details.

Class Name

The name of the class.

Note: Click the class name to view the details.

Receipt No.

Note: This label can be different based on your organization set up.

A number generated by Zenoti when the invoice was closed.

Note: For open invoices, the receipt number is 0. This is because a receipt number is generated only after full payment is received.

Category

The category to which the class belongs.
For example, in Zenoti your business may have a category such as Yoga.

Sub Category

The subcategory to which the class belongs.
For example, in Zenoti your business may have a subcategory such as Yoga Experience a Plus for the category, Yoga.

Serviced On

The date on which the class was conducted.

Sold On

The date on which the guest attended the class.

Guest

The name of the guest who purchased the class.

Guest Center

The center with which the guest profile is currently associated.

Sold By

The employee who sold the class.

Quantity

The number of classes taken as part of the invoice.

Room

The name of the room in which the class was conducted.

Room Category

The category of room in which the class was conducted.
For example, Yoga Room.

Promotion

The name of the promotion in case of discount or name of liability in case of redemption. This column can have one of the following values:

Manual: Discount provided on the invoice
Price Adjusted: Price adjusted on the invoice
Campaign or Discount Name: Name of the campaign or discount applied on the invoice
Liability Type and Name: Type and name of the liability
For example, Membership: Monthly Membership
Cancellation Fee or No Show Fee, if charged

Price

The Class Sale Price based on one of the following:

Class Price as defined under Admin > Resource > Classes> Price at the center level
Marked Up Price based on the instructor-specific pricing
Marked Up Price based on the demand pricing defined for the class
Adjusted Price if the price was manually adjusted
Note: In this case, the Promotion column will be ‘Price Adjusted’.

Adjusted Price

The price to be paid by the guest after redeeming membership credits. It is calculated as:

Adjusted Price = Sale Price – Partial Service Credit Redemption (Membership)

Discount

The amount of discount provided on the class sale price.
Note: Redemptions are not considered as discounts.

Loyalty Points Redemption

The amount paid for the class using loyalty points, if redemption configuration is set to the final sale price (Sale Price – Discount) excluding tax.

Membership Redemption

The amount paid for the class using membership credits (if the liability sale was taxed).

Membership Service Redemption

The value of the membership credits redeemed (if the liability sale was taxed).

Membership Discount

For class-credit based memberships, this column is the difference between the class list price and membership class redemption amount if the membership price is less than the class price.

Example: A recurring membership is sold at $90/month with a class benefit priced at $100. When this class benefit is redeemed, the difference of ($100-$90) = $10 is the Membership Discount.

Prepaid Card Redemption

The amount paid for the class using a prepaid card or gift card (if the liability sale was taxed).

Cashback Redemption

The amount paid for the class using a cashback coupon (if the liability sale was taxed).

Net Price

The expected amount to be paid by the student excluding tax. It is calculated as:

Net Price = Class Sale Price – (Discount + Redemptions)

Tax

The amount of tax payable. It is calculated on the Net Price or Class Sale Price based on the tax definition.

Price Paid

The total amount paid by the student for the service. It is calculated as:
Price Paid = Net Price + Tax

Sale Value

The price at which the item was sold and it is either due or collected through Cash, Card, Check, or Custom-Financial.

Note: In case of redemptions, this column is zero. However, if your business has enabled the Include Redemption in Sales org level setting (Admin > Organizations > Settings > General), you will see the redemption value as the sale value.

Package Redemption

The value of the package class benefits redeemed.

Package Discount

For packages with class discounts, this column is the difference between the class list price and package price, if the package price is less than the class price.

Example: A package is sold at $90/month with a class benefit priced at $100. When this class benefit is redeemed, the difference of ($100-$90) = $10 is the Package Discount.

Payment Type

The mode of payment. This column can be:

Cash
CC Online
CC Offline
Check
Custom

For liabilities, this column can be:

Membership Name in case of credit payments
Gift Card Number
Prepaid Card Number
Loyalty Points

Note: If liability sale is not taxed, the redemption will show as payment type, otherwise it will be shown in the Redemption column.

Created By

The name of the employee who created the invoice.

Status

The current status of the invoice. It can be either Open or Closed.

Closed On

The date on which the invoice was closed. If the invoice is reopened and closed, this column is updated with the new date. You can check the complete invoice log on the invoice page.

Appointment Source

The source from which the appointment is booked. It is one of the following:

– KioskWeb for Kiosk
– Mobile for CMA (Customer Mobile App)
– POS for Web POS Screen
– Web for Webstore
– Zenoti for Web Appointment Book
– Zenoti-Mobile for Mobile POS

Guest Code

A unique identifier associated with the student. It is auto-generated by Zenoti, as configured by your business.

First Visit

Indicates if this visit was the student’s first visit with a Yes or a No.

Member

Indicates if the student has an active membership with a Yes or No.

Closed By

The name of the employee who closed the invoice. If the invoice is reopened and closed by another employee, this column is updated with the employee name who closed the invoice last. You can check the complete invoice log on the invoice page.

Business Unit

The business unit to which the class belongs.

Requested

Indicates if the guest requested for a specific instructor with a Yes or No.
