Use this report to view the date, duration of the class, instructor name, the status of students, and total users. In addition, it shows the occupancy of class, number of member students, and first-time visits.

Important: If you see columns that have blue numbers or blue text, click them to view more details.

To run the report

  1. On the main menu, click the Fitness tab.

  2. In the left-hand side menu, click Reports > Roster.

  3. From the list of reports, click Roster Summary by Instructor.

  4. Select the required filter criteria and click Refresh.

Lets you view the repot for a particular class.

Lets you view the report for a particular student name.

Note: This label can be different based on your organization's setup.

The number generated for the class or point of sale entry.

Note: Click the invoice number to view the details.

Class Name

The name of the class.

Note: To view the class details, click the class name to view the details.

Receipt No.

Note: This label can be different based on your organization's setup.

A number generated by Zenoti when the invoice was closed.

Note: For open invoices, the receipt number is 0. This is because a receipt number is generated only after full payment is received.

Category

The category to which the class belongs.
For example, in Zenoti your business may have a category such as Yoga.

Sub Category

The subcategory to which the class belongs.
For example, in Zenoti your business may have a subcategory such as Yoga Experience a Plus for the category, Yoga.

Guest

The name of the guest who purchased the class.

Note: To view the student’s details, click the student name.

Mobile Phone

The contact number of the student on the guest profile.

Date

The date on which the class is conducted.

Duration

The duration of each session in the class.

Instructor

The name of the instructor

Instructor Code

The unique identifier of the instructor.

Center

The name of the current center.

Quantity

The number of classes taken as part of the invoice.

Room

The name of the room in which the class was conducted.

Session Price

The Class Sale Price based on one of the following:

Class Price as defined under Admin > Resource > Classes> Price at the center level
Marked Up Price based on the instructor-specific pricing
Marked Up Price based on the demand pricing defined for the class

Net Price

The expected amount to be paid by the student excluding tax. It is calculated as:

Net Price = Class Sale Price – (Discount + Redemptions)

Payment Mode

The mode of payment. This column can be:

- Not Paid

- Package

- Membership

- Card Name

Payment Type

The mode of payment. This column can be:

- Not Paid

- Package

- Membership

- Card Name

Created By

The name of the employee who created the invoice.

Status

The current status of the invoice. It can be either Open or Closed.

Status Date

The date on which the invoice is in the status.

Registration Source

The source from which the appointment is booked. It is one of the following:

– ClassPass for registrations from ClassPass

- KioskWeb for Kiosk
CMA for CMA (Customer Mobile App)
POS for Web POS Screen
WebStore for Webstore
Zenoti for Web Appointment Book
Zenoti-Mobile for Mobile POS

ClassPass Status

The status of the session on the ClassPass app.

Guest Code

A unique identifier associated with the student. It is auto-generated by Zenoti, as configured by your business.

First Visit

Indicates if this visit was the student’s first visit with a Yes or a No.

Member

Indicates if the student has an active membership with a Yes or No.

Business Unit

The business unit to which the class belongs.

Requested

Indicates if the guest requested for a specific instructor with a Yes or No.

Price

The list price of the class.
