Accrued/Sold | The amount of liability that is generated from the sale of prepaid cards or by issuing a prepaid card from a refund value. | For example, if you sell a prepaid card for $400 with a value of $800, the Accrued/Sold value will be $800. |
Redemptions | The amount of liability that is redeemed on the selected day or during the specified time period (from the Dates filter).
| |

Suspense | If the prepaid card is for one-time-use, this column displays the unused balance on the prepaid card. Note: Because a guest cannot redeem the unused balance on a prepaid card, the unused balance must be considered as a revenue to the business. | For example, a one-time-use prepaid card is sold for $400 and a guest purchases a product worth $300 by using the prepaid card, the remaining $100 is the Suspense amount. |
