A class schedule is a plan of the days and times when a studio can conduct the class.

In Zenoti, you can create a single schedule for a class or a recurring schedule that runs daily, weekly, or monthly.

Before you begin, ensure that a class is already created and assigned to your studio.

To create a class schedule

  1. Ensure you are at the studio level.

  2. Navigate to Fitness > Resources > Classes.
    The Classes dashboard appears.

3. Click the name of the class for which you want to create a schedule.
The class details appear.

4. Select the Schedule tab.
The fields in the Schedule tab appear.

5. Click +Schedule.

6. Select if you want to create a Recurring schedule or a Single schedule.

  • Recurring schedule

Enter the following details:

a. Repeat: Select the frequency at which you want this class. This can be Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

b. Every: Select for how many days, weeks, or months this schedule will repeat.

If you select Weekly, along with the number of weeks select the days of the week on which the class can be conducted.

c. Starts On: Select the date from when this schedule is effective.

d. Ends On: Select the date after which this schedule is invalid.

e. Ends After: Alternately, you can enter the number of classes after which the schedule is invalid.

f. Start Time: Select the class start time.

g. End Time: Select the class end time.

h. Instructor pay rates ( Setup your instructor pay rates ): Select the payrate that you want to pay to the instructor for this schedule. By default, you can see the payrate that is defined while creating the class.

  • Single Schedule

Enter the following details:

a. Date: The date on which the class can be conducted.

b. Start Time: Select the class start time.

c. End Time: Select the class end time.

d. Instructor pay rates ( Setup your instructor pay rates ): Select the payrate that you want to pay to the instructor for this schedule. By default, you can see the payrate that is defined while creating the class.

7. Enter other schedule details (for a recurring class or single class):

  • Name: Name of this class schedule.

  • Description: A brief description of the class schedule.

  • HTML Description: A brief description of the class schedule that you want to display on Webstore or CMA.

  • Price: The price and duration defined while creating the class.

  • Instructor: Select the instructor for the schedule from the list of instructors who can conduct the class (these instructors are assigned while creating the class).

  • Room: Select the room from the list in which the class can be conducted (these rooms are assigned while creating the class).

  • Capacity: The maximum number of students that can be part of this class at a time. This is defined while creating the class. If you want to edit this limit, you may do so.

  • Instructor Virtual Link: Enter the meeting link that the instructor can use to conduct the class. This field is editable only if your business has enabled virtual classes - Admin > Organizations > Settings > Training > Virtual Classes > Enable Virtual Classes.

  • Student Virtual Link: Enter the meeting link that the students can use to conduct the class. This field is editable only if your business has enabled virtual classes - Admin > Organizations > Settings > Training > Virtual Classes > Enable Virtual Classes.

  • Show In Catalog: Select this option to display this class schedule on Webstore or CMA. This is also defined while creating the class. However, if you want to edit this, you may do so.

  • Free Session: Select this option if you do not want to charge students for this class. This is also defined while creating the class. However, if you want to edit this, you may do so.

8. Click Create Schedule.
The schedule is created.

On the schedules page, you can see all the upcoming, completed and canceled schedules for your studio.
