You can define payrates at different levels. Refer to the image for the order of precedence.

  • Instructor: The payrate defined at this level takes the highest precedence to payrates defined at other levels, if any.

  • Schedule: The payrate defined at this level takes precedence over the payrates defined at the class level (under the General tab).

  • Class: The payrate defined at this level takes precedence over the payrate defined at the employee level, if any.

  • Employee: This takes precedence over the payrate defined at the job level, if any.

  • Job: The payrate defined at this level has the least precedence over other payrates, if any.

  1. At the studio or center level under the Instructors tab.

  2. At the studio or center level under the Schedule tab.

  3. At the organization level, on the Classes page, under the General tab.

5. At the organization level, on the Job page.
