Appointment notes allow the front-desk staff to document and keep track of important information related to an appointment.
If the front-desk staff is using the Queue view, the front-desk staff can click the Appointment Notes icon, as shown in the following image, and perform actions such as adding, editing, or deleting the appointment notes.
To add appointment notes
- Open the Queue view and locate the appointment.
- Tap the Appointment notes icon.
The Appointment Notes window appears. - To enter notes, click Add and add notes.
4. Click Save.
The appointment note is added.
To edit appointment notes
- Open the Queue view and locate the appointment.
- Tap the Appointment notes icon.
The Appointment Notes window appears - To edit notes, click Edit and make the necessary changes.
- Click Save.
The appointment note is modified.
To delete appointment notes
- Open the Queue view and locate the appointment.
- Tap the Appointment notes icon.
The Appointment Notes window appears. - To delete notes, click Edit and clear the notes.
- Click Save.
The appointment note is deleted.
