If there is a particular view of Analytics Dashboard that you would like to keep track of on a regular basis, you create a view by using the filters, and then subscribe to it so that you receive a daily email with a PDF image of the view.

For instance, let’s say you want to track the Guest Satisfaction metrics of a new center on a daily basis. You can create a view, by using the filters, that lets you see this information. Now you can subscribe to this view so you get the information by email rather than going into the Zenotic Analytics dashboards.

To create and save a view

  1. On the dashboard, set up your filters to view the information you want to focus on.
  2. Click View.
    The Custom Views dialog box appears.
  3. Provide details such as a name with which to identify the view, whether it should be your default view, and whether it can be viewed by others.
  4. Click Save.

To open a saved view

  1. On the dashboard, click View.
    The Custom Views dialog box appears.
  2. Click the view to open.
    The select view appears.

To edit a saved view

  1. On the dashboard, click View.
    The Custom Views dialog box appears.
  2. Click the view to open.
    The select view appears.
  3. Modify the filters.
  4. Click View.
  5. Click Save.
    The current view is overwritten with the new view.

To subscribe to a view

  1. On the dashboard, click View, and select the view to which you want to subscribe.
  2. Click Subscribe.
  3. In the Subscribe dialog box, provide the required information.
  4. Click Subscribe.
    You will receive an email with the PDF of the view at the schedule you selected.
    Note: Make sure your email address is updated in your employee profile in Zenoti.

The Schedule Options

You can choose to receive the email daily, weekly, or monthly. Zenoti generates the report at specific times for each region. The supported schedules are:


  • Select the time zone closest to you to ensure that your subscription doesn't overlap with our daily maintenance window. This will help you avoid subscription delays.
  • All Analytics Express dashboards and some Analytics Plus dashboards are built on data sources or extracts that are updated only once a day. The data update starts at night and gets completed by the morning for each time zone. By 11 AM, all data updates will get completed. For such reports, if you set up the subscriptions at 11 AM or later in your time zone, you will see the previous day’s data in your subscriptions.

To identify whether a report is built on extracts, click the report and go to the Data Sources tab. The name of the data source is listed under the Connects to column. If the name contains Extract in it, the data source is an extract and gets updated once every night.
