Error: Unable to reach Account URL (while trying to enroll an employee on the Zenoti Biometrics Application)
If you get the following error Unable to reach Account URL while trying to enroll an employee on Zenoti Biometrics Application, ensure you select the Allow API Access checkbox in the employee profile of the employee who configured the Zenoti Biometrics app. See the screenshots for reference.
Select the Allow API access checkbox in the employee profile (of the employee who set up the Zenoti Biometrics app) and click Save.
You will no longer see the error and will be able to enroll employees smoothly on the biometrics application.
