Follow these steps to accomplish the task:
At the organization level, click the Employee icon and navigate to Settings > Block Out Time Types.
For the required block-out time, click the Edit icon as shown in the following image.
The Edit Block Out Time Types page for the selected block-out time appears.
Under the Duration field, select the Bookable check box to allow guests to book service appointments over a block-out time. Refer to the following image for more information.
Alternatively, you can clear the Bookable check box to prevent guests from booking service appointments over a block-out time.
